Because we're natives of Dubuque, we take it's beauty for granted. Thought we'd share a couple pictures of our favorite park. It overlooks the lock and dam, and many Sunday afternoons were spent watching barges move through. (This is also where Don gave me my diamond.) The other picture is of the fish pond in the park, on the side of the bluff.
