It's too bad you can't hear the thundering sound as it falls.
It was wonderful that it snowed the prior two days, because the snow only added to the beauty. However, it did close some roads and cause us to stop walking any closer to the base of the falls-I don't know if you can see the black ice on the sidewalk where that lady is trying to stand, but we chickened out right there, for obvious reasons.
Even a dead tree is photogenic.
Here's an example of winter hanging around in high places-some of the ice hasn't melted yet.
