MT. SHASTA & DUNSMUIR

On our drive, we were suddenly able to see Mt. Shasta which is 14,ooo feet and can be seen for miles around.

We also stopped to view Castle Crag Rock.

We continued up to the little town of Dunsmuir which is on the side of a mountain.

They must get a lot of snow there-the railroad has a serious snowplow.
