OAKLAND, CA

Don was nice enough to endure Saturday traffic to take me to Oakland for some family research. If you look across the Bay, you can see San Francisco. We've been there a couple times, so passed this time.

Down town Oakland is very nice.

Like all large cities, the old is mixed in with the new.

Here's an example of "normal" traffic. Not my idea of fun.

If there was an emergency and the people had to evacuate, where would they go? There are people everywhere.
