TWIN BAKERIES

Wow! We were surprised when we were driving down the street in Astoria, and we saw the sign on the bakery window-Danish Maid Bakery! For those of you that don't know-our dear friends, Baker Bill and Suzi Hansen in Grinnell, IA, have a bakery with the same name.

Inside, it was quite familiar, except for town wedding and grandchildrens pictures.

Don mentioned that the notes on the back cabinet are the same.

We got a crispie so we could judge which bakery is the best-and we pick------Grinnell!!!!!!(Colette or Kathy-please call Suzi so she can see their "twin".)
