SHORE ACRE GARDENS

Mr. Simpson had formal gardens planted behind their house. Volunteers have been able to keep them preserved.


A bird was enjoying one of the red hot pokers.

There's a lovely Japanese garden.

There are lots of rhododendrons in the gardens.

Many of the trees have lichen on them which apparently doesn't hurt them although that's hard to believe.

Mr. Simpson brought trees and plants from around the world. This one from South America is sure unusual.
