COUSIN CAROL

We had a lovely day on Sunday, when we drove to Bristol. RI, to visit my cousin, Carol Holmes. My grandfather Tony, and her grandmother Anna, were brother and sister, making our fathers first cousins. She took us on a tour of her town, and visited her apartment. Don told her it would take her a day to put all the pictures back that she showed us-but we enjoyed them.

We ate lunch downtown at Aidan's, an Irish Pub, which was very good!

Later, we went over to her son's, which was originally her house, and is near the bay, where they keep their boat. The neighborhood has their own beach, and area with a tent for parties and other "fun" things. This is a picture of Carol, looking at our blog ,of our recent reunion pictures, on John's lap top.

Here are Carol, John, and Kristin. We also met Tommy-he was having fun with a friend-their daughter, Haley, was gone for the weekend.
