Our next stop was the monument for the Battle of Bennington in the Revolutionary war. It's surrounded by houses built in the 1770's. It's amazing to be in an area so rich in history.

BENNINGTON, VERMONT
We started our day at the Vermont Confectionary (guess who had that idea?). They sell candy, cheese and ice cream. It was a fun place.
