THE GREAT MARSHMALLOW CAPER

Willie and Karen Brown joined us for a day of shopping in Chandler and Mesa Market, and we took them to San Tan Flat for dinner. We decided to try and save a little money, so we stopped and bought a bag of mashmallows and some little baggies. We carefully put 12 in each bag, and hid them in Karens purse. We were ready! Don supervised, while Willie got a box of wood.

Here he comes.

Our roaring fire.

When the coals were ready, we were ready to sneak the marshmallows out of the purse-we looked all around and did the deed. We were feeling good-until we looked at a neighboring table and saw a big bag sitting there-right in front of God and country! And-the people even brought their own tablecloth! So much for pulling off a caper-apparently nobody cares if you bring your own. We still enjoyed them!

Where is San Tan Flat. We've been to Mesa and Chandler but I've never heard of it. Looks like a fun place. Kathy
