PETROGLYPHS

We attended a talk about petroglyphs in the park which are 800 years old, and since I'm back in fighting shape, we took the trail up Signal Hill to see a bunch of them. We started at the picnic area and found we could even see some of them from the base of the hill.

Thanx for the wonderful 'travel-log' pictures (new and old). You gotta love the travel 'from the armchair' while trying to cure this 'hitch-itch'!!
BUT...MOST OF ALL, you gotta LOVE the good news about your progress with THAT 'disc' thingy!!
I can sympathize/empathyze (sp?) some as I tried the PT route before I had my back surgery (haven't had any problems since--knock on wood!) Keep on KEEPIN' ON GIRLFRIEND!!!
