HAPPY NEW YEAR

I've been reading blogs of our friends, and feeling guilty for not updating ours, and wishing you all a Happy New Year! We've been busy attending activities-we've both won at cards, I won at Card bingo, we went on a bus trip to a new casino in Chandler, and Don won $130. So far-so good! I even attended a stamping class and came home with 4 finished cards!
Today was busy-how about those Hawks!!! Great game! So far, Iowa's the only Big 10 team to win! This afternoon, Al and Shirley Ludeking finally made it here from Decorah, so we went out for dinner with them and came back for dessert. Nice to see they made it out of the snow!
We hope you all have a healthy and happy year! We thought we'd give you a few decorating suggestions for next Christmas-I'm sure you all have cacti in your front yards!

Toni and Don, It was a great win for the Hawks, too bad we lost S. Greene in the process. It sounds like you had a good New Year and New Years day. I love the pictures. We wish you a very good and prosperous year ahead and hope to see you often. Larry and Colette
